Pupils of School of the fine arts of the Rivne Local Palace of Children and Youth, Ukraine, together with young artists of the European countries plan to organize an exhibition of creative works « the Polyphonic image of euro city » (« Euro city of the future »), participation in charitable auctions with the purpose of social support of participants Charitable Marathon-2008 to create a picturesque architectural facade of a building which becomes a component of an architectural ensemble of the Palace of children and youth, and cooperation of collective efforts with the purpose of improvement of the environment of a mega city.

Free dialogue of children of the different countries creates a fertile field for the joint decision of various problems of a society by means of the fine arts. Teamwork opens opportunities of self-realization of the child as creative person, his socialization in a society, search of new forms and methods for the further creative activity, inspires and gives stimulus for development of the modern art.
The aesthetic kind of city constructions is a part of the general problem of an environment. One of problems of modern city - monotony and grey facades of houses which are deprived originality.
Rational accommodation of monumental painting is really reached due to connection of architectural constructions with a natural landscape, the decision of street space (its increase or reduction, isolation or, on the contrary, by absence of borders).

The purposes and tasks: |

Creation of the maximal opportunities for collective creative activity of young artists, exhibiting of own author's works at a joint exhibition, participations in charitable auctions, formations new competences by means of participation in carrying out of the action "graffiti-autograph".
- To unite efforts of participants of the international project for joint collective activity with the purpose of
improvement of the city architectural environment;
- To train in methods of modern wall painting;
- To unite youth around of idea of creation of the improved architectural image of city by means of creation of the
monumental image on a facade of school of the fine arts of the Palace of children and youth;
- To create conditions for realization of creative abilities;
- Formation social competences at youth during carrying out of charitable auctions.

Methods of realization:
- Creation of youth initiative group;
- Carrying out of a joint exhibition;
- Participation in charitable auctions;
- Carrying out the master-class on training to bases wall painting;
- Creation of the monumental image on a facade of School of the fine arts of the Palace of children and youth;
- Carrying out of press conference for representatives of mass-media.
Practical result:
- Development of communications by means of the fine arts in a polycultural European society;
- Socialization of youth by participation in realization of the project;
- Creation of initiative group for the further joint activity on expansion of the European cultural space;
- Use of the received experience in the future creative activity;
- Definition of own modern vision of euro city of the future;
- Giving expressiveness to an architectural ensemble of the Palace of children and youth;
- Demonstration of a positive example of association of efforts of the European youth for improvement of the architectural environment of a mega city.

Requirements to works on an exhibition: : |
|
Amount: 1-2 works from the participant.
Works can be executed in any techniques graphic and arts and crafts.
The theme and plot of works should answer the general concept of an exhibition.
Participants of the project can offer own works on charitable auctions and by that to support participants of Charitable
Marathone -2008 (socially not protected children of the Rivne city). Means from realization of the works offered on charitable
auctions, act in fund of the Charitable Marathon.
The action "graffiti-autograph" assumes art reproduction by young artists of any architectural corner of the native city.
